Letter from the President:
AMG's employees come from a wide array of backgrounds; and we embrace the individual worldviews and cultural and social frameworks that each person brings to the company. These values, beliefs, and attitudes are deeply rooted and are at the core of each employee's personality.
The factors that differentiate individuals from one another are fluid and change over time. At AMG , we recognize the inherent differences between people and welcome these distinctions wholeheartedly, for they are what make each employee a unique asset to the team. To succeed in today's global marketplace, associations and businesses must understand and accept the complex and ever-changing workforce and they must adapt to reflect the spirit of the times or they will be left behind.
With this in mind, AMG has developed a diversity program to maximize the contributions of all staff members. By its definition, diversity is all-inclusive. Our diversity policy strives to create a workplace where each employee can thrive and contribute to our company culture.
Employees collectively create a corporate culture as a reflection of their personalities and backgrounds. AMG recognizes that every staff member must also be involved in the diversity program for its success. The program is not solely the responsibility of management and human resources.
