AMG is dedicated to providing clients with the tools and services that are most beneficial to each individual association and nonprofit organization. While we are sure to provide high standards in technology, service, and satisfaction, we understand that more importantly, our employees must be able to communicate effectively with our clients, their members, leaders and stakeholders.
We match staff members with clients to ensure the best service possible and to allow them to conduct business in the most productive environment. For example, 8 full-time staff members at AMG are fluent in Spanish and English and contribute to the exceptional standing AMG has within the Latino community. Over the years, AMG has gained the respect of Latino leaders and has built a reputation of success with associations that serve Hispanic businesses and the Latino population. This experience and cultural understanding has given AMG a specialty that distinguishes us from the rest.
AMG clients serving Spanish-speaking members include: the Association of Hispanic Advertising Agencies (AHAA), the Tortilla Industry Association (TIA), and the Americas Association of Cooperative/Mutual Insurance Societies (AAC/MIS). Recently, AMG added the National Association of Hispanic Publishers, Inc (NAHP) among the list of client partners upon recommendation from a member of AHAA .
The language we speak facilitates understanding within a community and communicates ideas and feelings with a unified meaning. But, as AMG has learned with long-time client partner the Association of Hispanic Advertising Agencies, when connecting with people, language is just one of many factors in establishing long-standing, trusting relationships.
