National Association of Hispanic Publications, Inc. Signs With Association Management Group, Inc.

AMG to Provide Full-Service Association Management Services to Growing DC-Based Organization

MCLEAN, VA - May 11, 2007 - The National Association of Hispanic Publications Inc., (NAHP, Inc.) announced the selection of Association Management Group, Inc. ( AMG ) as the trusted firm to take over the daily management of their organization. NAHP, Inc. will transition management effective immediately with a contract start date of June 2007. Moving from a stand-alone association to an association management company model enables NAHP, Inc. to turn over day-to-day operational activities to AMG association experts allowing the volunteer leadership to focus on the important issues of members and the growth of the association.

The relationship between AMG and NAHP, Inc. began last month when AMG successfully supported the organization's 22 nd annual convention in Phoenix . After building a relationship with AMG , NAHP, Inc. board members voted to contract with AMG to provide the strategic guidance, operational foundation and association best practices that are necessary for the association to continue to grow successfully and improve the delivery of services to members.

The NAHP, Inc. has more than 200 member publications serving the nearly 43 million Hispanic consumers in the United States . While the U.S. Hispanic market has grown in numbers as well as diversity and complexity, and the print industry serving this audience has evolved and expanded to keep pace with the needs of Latinos today.
