In a two day period, resort professionals have the unique opportunity to network, learn and experience first hand topics that directly impact this area of the travel and hospitality industry.

This is a unique opportunity for companies to gain exposure with these highly specialized and influential individuals who drive resort marketing, operations and purchasing decisions and practices. We offer three different levels of exhibiting or sponsorship depending on your companies needs and desires.

Exhibiting Opportunities
Exhibitors for the Resort Management Conference will be recognized in the following ways:

  • 10x10 space in exhibit hall with table, two chairs and trashcan (limited to 25 exhibitors)
  • Name recognition on the home page of resort website
  • Name recognition on PDF and email version of all marketing materials for the conference
  • Logo recognition on all printed items during event
  • Logo recognition in the conference program book
  • One complimentary registration for the conference
  • Contact lists of attendees one week prior to the event and two weeks post the event

Silver Level Sponsor
In addition to the benefits listed as an exhibitor, silver level sponsors will also receive:

  • Logo recognition on home page of resort website
  • Logo recognition on PDF and e-mail version of all marketing materials for the conference
  • Name recognition in all press releases relating to the conference
  • Signage as sponsor of one of the smaller networking functions (breaks)
  • More prominent logo recognition in all printed items during event & program book
  • Verbal “thank you” in front of group before sponsored networking event

Gold Level Sponsor
In addition to the benefits listed as an exhibitor and a silver level sponsor, gold level sponsors will also receive:

  • One additional full conference attendee
  • Signage as a sponsor of one of the major meals (breakfast, lunch or Monday reception)
  • An opportunity to address the entire group before or after a general session

Exhibit space is limited so companies will be accommodated on a first come, first served basis. Sponsorship or exhibitor fees must be paid in full in order for benefits to begin.
