HSMAI World Quest is filled with roundtable discussions between international planners and international business partners getting to know each other and getting to know more from top-quality educational programs.

Business partners will be placed at roundtables identified by the name of their organization and the planners will be moved to different roundtables throughout the course of the day for the widest networking. At each roundtable the international business partner will participate in the program discussions with the planners and will deliver examples and references to the topics by using their organization as examples. Your message will have maximum reach and your opportunity to develop relationships with potential buyers will grow exponentially. This is direct contact with the international marketplace, not a trade show booth. Take a seat at the table with international clients at HSMAI World Quest!

HSMAI, in partnership with Association Management Group and its division Meetings Management Group, has created this unique program to respond to the needs of the specialized market of international sales. The registration fees are US$1,750 for the first international returning business partner and US$1850 for new business partners. A reduced fee of US$500 will apply for the second person from the same organization.

This package includes the above features and benefits, branded signage, podium recognition, and a 350 word organizational description in the attendee binder at ALL THREE WORLD QUEST EVENTS! This is an excellent opportunity for you to brand your organization with the professionals utilizing international venues and services. The cost of the Platinum Business Partnership Package is US$4,500 and includes a six month membership to HSMAI. Different individual names may be substituted for each city.
