Designed to address the needs of international meeting professionals who plan programs outside the continental U.S., the HSMAI World Quest events are uniquely formatted with provocative presentations of hot topics important to the arena of international meetings, followed by interactive roundtable topic discussions with planners and international business partners.

Sponsorship Opportunities:

Gold Sponsor - $5,500
Includes at single selected forum: Table top where publications may be distributed; logo recognition on the pre-event marketing campaign, attendee handouts, on the World Quest website, and at the event; overall sponsorship signage as well as at the lunch and breaks; and the opportunity to place literature at each lunch setting. They will also have the opportunity to participate in the forum as well as introduce a speaker.

Lunch Sponsor - $3,000
Includes at single selected forum: Table top where publications may be distributed, logo recognition on the pre-event marketing campaign, attendee handouts, on the World Quest website, and at the event; lunch sponsorship signage; and the opportunity to place literature at each lunch setting.

Break Sponsor - $2,000
Includes at single selected forum: Table top where publications may be distributed, logo recognition on the pre-event marketing campaign, attendee handouts, on the World Quest website, and at the event; and sponsorship signage at both the morning and afternoon breaks.

Platinum Sponsor: $10,000
Includes all of the mentioned items at all three World Quest events.
