Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing. A cancellation fee of 25% will apply to all registrations made before September 9th, 2005. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after September 9th, 2005.

Note: Registrations received prior to September 21st will have their names included in the Conference Registration List distributed to all conference attendees.
