AMG to provide full service management to major advocacy alliance on Capitol Hill
WASHINGTON, D.C., May 26, 2010—Association Management Group
(AMG), the largest Washington, DC-based association management company,
announces the addition of its newest client, the National Alliance of
Forest Owners (NAFO). NAFO staff will be housed at AMG—Capitol Hill,
AMG’s newest facility, to maximize NAFO’s access to legislators and
regulatory agencies and also at AMG’s headquarters office in Tysons
Corner.
“NAFOs’ top priority includes government affairs and
advocacy, making the organization a perfect fit with AMG,” says J. Bruce

activities.”
NAFO represents a group of US private forest land owners
focused on regulatory advocacy issues including climate, renewable
energy, environment, tax policy, land use, and trade/market policy
including green building certification. The organization addresses
these issues through direct government relations and alliance with other
industry forces.
AMG will begin full management services on July 1st and
provide NAFO with superior operational services including financial
management, human resource administration, and comprehensive information
